When do I need an energy certificate?
For every sale, new rental or lease of a property. Energy values must already be stated in the property advertisement.
How long is an energy certificate valid?
An energy certificate is valid for 10 years from the date of issue. A new certificate must be obtained after expiry.
How much does an energy certificate cost?
A consumption certificate is available from €69.95, a demand certificate from €99.95. All prices incl. 19% VAT. Prices vary depending on building type and size.
